Very disappointing experience. The technician initially gave me a price for the tires, and I agreed to it based on the price I was quoted. However, when I came back to complete the purchase and asked about the balance, I was suddenly told there would be an additional $10 charge per tire. After a lot of negotiation, I agreed to pay the additional $10, but I was very unhappy with the way the pricing was handled. If there are additional charges for balancing or other services, they should be clearly explained from the beginning, not brought up after the customer has already agreed to the original price. For me, the biggest issue is transparency and honesty in pricing. Even if the additional amount is not huge, changing the price at the last minute damages trust and makes the customer feel taken advantage of.
